In the meantime, their marketing is so bad there's tons of misinformation about the game, random nonsense and lies spouted about it all over the place, and some people even think the game is dead, even though it has been getting content for years and it's getting a 3rd expansion.
If they have had beter "money people", they would have released in Steam earlier, and way more people would be into it, either as their go-to MMO or as a palate cleanser they can always go back to between other games. Raids weren't in general the problem the problems was enrage timers and such stuff basically the raids should have more difficult level back then.
