I have done a search on the internet, and many web sites suggest doing various checksand looking at various log files, but they dont say what specifically to execute to perform these checks, or where the log files are located. In some cases, the log files refered to do not exist. One web site suggested that a possible cause is that something else is using Port Archived Forums.
